  • Duplicate, fraudulent, or misleading listings are prohibited and will be removed.
  • We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion, without prior notice.
  • Contact details shared for inquiries must only be used for genuine, property-related communication.

RERA Compliance

Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 ("RERA"), builders and developers listing projects on NashikProperty are responsible for ensuring their projects are registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) where applicable, and for providing accurate RERA registration numbers and documentation. NashikProperty is a listing platform and does not independently verify RERA registration status — buyers are encouraged to verify project details directly on the official MahaRERA portal before making any commitment.

User Obligations

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to genuine property transactions.
  • Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data without our written permission.
  • Do not upload content that is false, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the platform's security or normal operation.

No Broker Guarantee

NashikProperty facilitates connections between property seekers and owners, agents, or builders. We are not a party to any transaction and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the outcome of any deal, or the conduct of any user. Users are advised to perform their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rich System Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any listing information.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
